Well, you could still run MotD without any of the powerful arsenal, but it was tough. Still, after last nights game, I feel it is still a bit much to expect to go into every game on Origins and chase down all this stuff, so will probably do the Crazy Place strategy every now and again just to keep it from getting too tedious.
Megadog was right though in the other thread... It could be good to get all the staffs then have all the players train in the crazy place afterwards, as the walls will stop dropping down after the EE is done, but I am still not overly impressed with the thunder punch, and unfortunately this part would be required in order to stop the walls from dropping.
That aside, when I played the map last night, I enjoyed the game, and definitely think the map is really good... just not the biggest fan of the efforts required in order to obtain the staffs and elemental punch.
I still reckon 4 players could get to 40 quicker if they just packed the Mauser and ran with wall weapons in the crazy place. As said previously... most 4 player games won't go past 40 anyway.
