Anyone can be anybody as long as it's with respect to that gender... BUT seeing as there are issues already like this on other consoles it's pretty obvious there is going to be a huge issue on Ghost as well... WHICH is why I decided I'm not going to be buying it and I expressed my feelings to the developers and anyone who is understands where I am coming from.
