I just finished reseting all my skins the way I wanted them and went back into a game and then realized something else had also changed; all of my Reticles had been reset to whatever the default was for the type of sight that I have on each of my primary guns. All of my Reticles both earned via public match and purchaced are still there and I can reset them the same as with the skins.
