Yup. I got it too offline just a bit ago. And bank does work offline. But you start with nothing and unless you have anything to deposit, nothing shows up. No deposit or withdrawal option. Once you get a grand, it will then show up to give you the option to deposit. I didn't think it worked either, but I got money and then went back and it showed up.
