It seems that the customer support has done something different causing them not to respond to your post yesterday about this- be patient, stuff happens. Check this out from a post earlier:

A connection tool was implemented that pulls threads marked as questions into it after 48-72 hours for CS to answer. It appears there may be some issues going on and we're looking into it now! Apologies for the confusion.
