solo tips for getting the completionist trophy?

i'm a decent extinction player I've escaped twice and the last trophy I need is the completionist trophy ..I can make it to the 11th hive then it gives some hard challenge like traps ... any tips? if I do this co-op i'd like to find some people who are trying to get this too, or that have got it .
