Re: All progress lost on migrate to new device

I don't remember exactly what happened when this occurred two Sundays ago.  II thought I was given an option to download my cloud save, but I cannot recall the phrasing on the screen.   I've been talking to the Twitter support account and have been walked through a bunch of steps.  The save that is attached to my account is now level 4 and has the kudos button. No, I do not see an age verification button in the options.  It has been decided that the save is unrecoverable and I am now trying to provide info on the transactions to get compensation for what I spent.
