Re: Call of duty maps, do's and dont's

Don'ts:

 

- Easily getting spawn trapped like in Ghosts

- Tiny maps that only have 1 or 2 height differences

- Easy camping spots that are overpowered

- Completely linear maps

Do's:

 

- More height differences with plenty of ways up

- Different weather, affecting movement, aiming, and sight

- For Ghosts: make a space map, it was a large part of the story, so make an online map for it.

- Night time maps or maps where time changes

- BIG dynamic map changes that remake the whole map, one of the things battlefield has over COD

- Less linear maps

- Something totally new that COD hasn't done
