I never see anybody using specialist in Ghosts and to get any good perks you need to get a lot of kills. Did you even use it in MW3. I suspect not. I did almost exclusively. You will do far better using Assault or Support since you lose everything once you die. So to be of any use it needs to be easier to get your bonus since it isn't a very good bonus.
